Yeap everybody...still alive!!!
So many month Bloglessly lost...
As most of my posts have to do with my daily routines, I have had to choose between showing my workouts in the media and, if so, feeding my opponents (public oppositions) with a rich and useful handful of tactical tools...well, not handsome nor an idiot...
Anyway...after having passed all my exams and physical tests I can keep on posting some of the goodies I come across in my randomly headless, aimless, witless and mindless stupid routines.
Since I´m going Facebookless there´s no risk of letting my opponents know...Arghhh, arghhh...(evil laugh) go and hire a coach!!

Run as much distance as you can in 30´ wearing a ruck@10% of your bodyweight
Finisher
5 rounds of
30" of KB Swing and 60" of Planks
