That´s the scenery to see from my window. Quite a dashy rushy terrain despite the fact that there are a couple of mountains down there at the end of the landscape. That´s Gairia Vulcano and its alleys, which is to say the daily basis playground where one day and again run my ass off trying to mimic something of a hilly track to feed my ultratrail-marathon spirit. In running and exercising, as in life, routine should be avoided. Otherwise, one could end up experimenting a sort of sick and tired feeling about an activity once loved (fortunately this stuff lasts just a couple of days provided you´re really in love with it). I know from the very bottom of my heart that there are a lot of folks out there in pure disagreement with the whole statement I have made. Well...hmmm...I give a shit. Old enough to entertain myself the way I wish.
