Enough of just Outdoor workouts. Back in the Gym. First WOP of the year.
Two workouts in a row with 5 minutes rest in between.
Workout 1)
5 rounds of 1 Clean@70%+1 Push Jerk+10 Back Squats+1 behind the neck Push Press.
Rest between rounds the same time you spent doing the round. You can drop the bar at the end of each round.
Rest 5 minutes. Then...
Workout 2)
For time: 50 Burpees to Pull up to Toes2Bar.
And that's it.
