1) AMRAP in 10´ of: 15 Double Under, 10 Girevoy Style KB Swing, 10 Thruster, 6 Toes2Bar *
2) Foam rolling, Mobility and Stretchings.
* For KB Swing pick a relatively heavy bell. For Thrusters pick a loaded Barbell @ your 15RM.
