This is not For Time workout. However, exercises should be performed back to back.
5 rounds with 1´ rest between rounds of:
5 Front Squat
5 Goblet Squat
5 bodyweight Jumping Squat
60" Static against-the-wall Squat
60" Plank
You´re done.

20´ Running Skill&Drills of your choice
Then...
Run 3 x 1600 mt. Rest 1:1 between reps.
