Weightlifting inspired workout
- The Burgener Warm up (broomstick) 5 rounds
- The Burgener Warm up (Bare Bar) 5 rounds
- Snatch Pull 5@60%, 5@70%, 3@80% of Snatch 1RM. Then (3@105%)x6
- Snatch (AKA Squat Snatch) 3@50%, 3@60%. Then (3@70%)x6
- Jumping Back Squat. (10@60%)x3
After resting for 5 minutes do this Finisher:
- 5 rounds of 5 one hand Kettlebell swing + 1 Turkish Get Up/side
and that´s it...
